In their words · translated
“Onze koeien staan dan zomers 24/7 buiten.”
In summer our cows are then outdoors 24/7.
“Al tientallen jaren laten wij kalveren bij de moederkoe en soms een pleegmoeder drinken”
For decades we have let calves drink from the mother cow and sometimes a foster mother

Koetastisch is an organic dairy farm at Oude Leedeweg 25 in Pijnacker, where 50 dairy cows and 25 young animals are kept on 69 hectares and the yard is opened to the public through an unmanned terrace, farm lessons and a cow-adoption scheme. It trades as Biologisch Melkveebedrijf Gravesteyn.

The milk is not sold at the farm: since early 2020 all of it goes to EKO Holland, an organic cooperative. In summer the cows are outdoors day and night, milked in a mobile parlour that moves around the fields. Calves drink from their mother or a foster cow, as their website says they have for decades; in summer they run with the herd and drink freely, in winter they are put with the cows twice a day. The farm has been organic since November 2017 and is certified (SKAL); we found the certificate at this address.

The only sales point is the Rustpunt, an unmanned terrace open daily from about 8:00 to 18:00 from March until the autumn, selling coffee and ice cream; whether the ice cream is made from the farm's own milk is not stated, so we have not confirmed any way to buy their own dairy.

On one hectare behind the milking parlour, since May 2025, the farm has been planting the first food marsh (voedselmoeras) on farmland in the Netherlands: willow, alder, bog myrtle, cranberry and elder on peat kept at a high water table.
