Eric's Honing is a beekeeper based in Berkel en Rodenrijs who has kept bees since 2019 and sells the honey from his own hives around Dordrecht, Delft and The Hague.

All the honey comes from his own bees, none is bought in, and it is sold raw and unfiltered. The range from the 2025 harvest is a flower honey, a honey from Himalayan balsam (balsemienhoning) and comb honey, alongside propolis and pollen.

The honey is sold through the webshop on their website. There is also a visiting address at Industrieweg 69-30 in Berkel en Rodenrijs, which is open only by appointment, on weekdays between 10:00 and 18:00. Shops that want to stock the honey can get in touch through the same contact details.

At a site in Monster the beekeeper is creating 45,000 m² of new nature to help restore biodiversity.
