Korenmolen Oog int Zeil is a brick stage mill in Cothen, built in 1869, which still grinds wheat into flour for home baking on a regular basis.

Volunteers sell the different flours in a small shop in the passage through the base of the mill, together with bread and cake mixes. One of these is molenbruin, a brown bread mix the mill developed itself and makes without E-numbers, because the flour improver in it works with natural enzymes.

The shop is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10:00 to 15:00, though it can close earlier in very hot weather or in cold, wet weather, and groups can come on other days by appointment.

The mill is open to visitors whenever the shop is, and the miller or one of the volunteers explains how it works.
