“Bij voldoende wind kunnen wij je laten zien hoe het malen van graan of mais in zijn werk gaat”
When there is enough wind we can show you how grain or maize is ground

Korenmolen De Hoop is a volunteer-run corn mill on the Dorpsstraat in Loenen aan de Vecht, whose pairs of millstones have been overhauled so it can grind grain and maize when there is enough wind.

The mill sells flour products and a small range of gifts; their website doesn't list the flours, say which are ground in the mill or say where the grain comes from.

It is open every Saturday from 11:00 to 16:00 and, in the summer season, on the second Sunday of the month; when there is enough wind, visitors can watch the grain being ground.
