Honing Van De Imker is a honey business on the Hakselseweg in Ede that has sold Dutch honey since 2018, from a honey vending machine at the address and through a webshop.

The honey comes from Dutch beekeepers and is raw and cold-extracted, never heated or processed, with nothing added. The range is sold by harvest year and by origin: heather honey and heather comb honey from the Veluwe, polder and spring honey from Zeewolde, cherry honey from Kesteren in the Betuwe, linden, fruit, balsam and summer honey, and flower honey from 't Zandt. There are also honeys blended with spices such as ginger, cinnamon and turmeric, which their website says are certified organic, beeswax candles and beeswax wraps. How much of the honey comes from their own hives we haven't yet confirmed.

The vending machine is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 8:00 to 17:00. Webshop orders placed before 15:00 on a weekday are sent the same day.

Each honey is labelled with its harvest year and region, so you know which season and landscape it comes from.
