Bread & grain
In their words · translated
“Als malende korenmolen mag de verkoop van meelproducten aan de passerende man natuurlijk niet ontbreken.”
As a working corn mill, selling flour products to passers-by naturally can't be missing.
“Onze meelproducten zijn veelal op zaterdag op de molen verkrijgbaar. Als de molen open is, kan men dat vaak herkennen aan het feit dat hij draait.”
Our flour products are mostly available at the mill on Saturdays. When the mill is open, you can often tell by the fact that it is turning.
Molen De Drie Lelies is a working corn mill from 1767 on the Molenweg in Maasland that sells the flour it mills to home bakers.
The range includes wholemeal wheat flour, white wheat flour, spelt flour and white spelt flour, rye, buckwheat, barley and maize flour, along with bread, cake, pancake and biscuit mixes. Their website doesn't say where the grain comes from.
The flour is usually on sale at the mill on Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00, or whenever the sails are turning, which is the easiest way to tell the mill is open. It is also stocked by shops nearby, including Boerderij Bouwlust.
