Sells
Bread & grain · honey
In their words
“Flour and honey from a local beekeeper are sold in the mill's shop, depending on the season”
Korenmolen De Ruiter is a tower windmill in Vreeland, built in 1776 and moved and rebuilt here in 1911, where a team of volunteer millers grinds grain on millstones when the wind allows.
The mill sells its own flour for bread and cake, together with honey from a local beekeeper depending on the season, a speculaas mix that comes back each autumn, and Christmas cakes to order for collection on Saturdays in December. Their website doesn't list the flours or say where the grain comes from.
The mill is open every Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00 when the flag is flying, and the millers give free tours. Orders go through the contact form on their website.
