In their words · translated
“Op de molen worden met behulp van windkracht op ambachtelijke wijze verschillende ecologische granen verwerkt tot meel, vlokken en mixen.”
At the mill, various ecological grains are processed by wind power in the traditional way into flour, flakes and mixes.
“De molenwinkel is op de zaterdagen van 10.00 - 16.00 uur voor publiek geopend.”
The mill shop is open to the public on Saturdays from 10.00 to 16.00.

Molen De Vriendschap is a working windmill on the bank of the Vecht in Weesp, run by the volunteers of Stichting De Weesper Wieken, where grain is ground by wind power into flour, flakes and baking mixes sold in the mill's own shop.

Their website describes the grains as ecological (ecologische granen) but does not say where they are grown, and the windmill grinds them into flour for sale. The flour also goes to bakers, restaurants, other millers and organic shops. The shop sells bought-in rice, dried fruit, yeast, honey, baking spices, seeds, oils, salts and nuts as well, and fresh pulses in winter.

The mill shop is open on Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00, when the mill can also be visited free as a working museum.

The mill grinds on several days a week, but only when there is enough wind, since it runs on nothing else.
