Molen Geesina is a corn mill on the Ruigenhoeksedijk in Groenekan, run entirely by volunteer millers, guides and shop staff, with a small shop that sells its flour all year round.
Flour is on sale whenever the mill is open, as long as stock lasts, and in winter the shop carries fewer products other than flour. Flour can also be ordered by email: orders placed by Monday are ready at the mill the following Saturday and should be collected before 15:00. Payment is in cash or by banking app, not by card.
The mill is open every Saturday from 11:00 to 17:00 from April to October and from 11:00 to 16:00 from November to March, and may close early in bad weather or hard frost. A tour of the mill is possible during opening hours throughout the year, and in summer there is coffee and tea.
