Nieuw Mos is an independent natural-food shop on the Leusderweg in Amersfoort, under one roof with a sustainable department store and a salad bar.
Their website says the food range, which covers everyday groceries as broadly as a supermarket, consists entirely of organic or biodynamic products, chosen because they nourish people and are produced with care for the land. It does not name the farms or suppliers behind them, apart from cakes made by De Veldkeuken in Amelisweerd, which reached the bread shelf in September 2026. We found no organic certificate for the shop itself in the register; what qualifies it here is that the whole food range is organic or biodynamic by their own choice.
The salad bar, run in the SLA concept, serves plant-based bowls, salads, wraps and soups to eat in or take away, with online ordering. Parking at the shop is free, and their website does not list opening hours.
