In their words · translated
“Ik, Gerjan Klok, imker vanaf 2018 en ben in de loop der jaren gefascineerd geraakt in de bijzondere - en vaak heilzame werking - van de producten die honingbijen zelf produceren.”
I, Gerjan Klok, have been a beekeeper since 2018 and over the years have become fascinated by the special, and often healing, effect of the products that honeybees themselves produce.

Honing-en-zo is a honey webshop based on the Dorpsstraat in Lunteren, run by a beekeeper who has kept bees since 2018 and who took the webshop over from the Baanhoek apiary.

All the honey sold is cold-extracted and never heated, so it is sold raw. The range is wide and largely from abroad: Dutch and European honeys such as acacia, chestnut, linden, lavender, thyme, orange blossom and forest honey, Greek honeys harvested by a family in the Parnon mountains, and Mānuka honey from New Zealand. They also sell comb honey, mead, honey sweets, beeswax and a large range of creams and care products made with propolis, royal jelly and pollen. Which honeys, if any, come from their own hives isn't stated on their website.

You order through the webshop; the Lunteren address is open on weekday evenings from 18:00 to 20:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 17:00. At markets you can taste the honeys before you buy.
