De Boterbloem is an organic arable and vegetable care farm in the Lutkemeerpolder in Amsterdam that sells what it grows in its own farm shop.

What the farm grows changes with the season and includes potatoes, fresh and dried marrowfat peas (kapucijners), courgettes, leeks, garlic, beetroot, tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, sweetcorn, pumpkins and apples, along with herbs, honey and fresh eggs from the farm's own hens; in summer you can also pick your own flowers. The farm is certified organic (SKAL); we found the certificate in the register at this address. The shop also stocks bought-in organic products.

According to its Google listing the shop is open Monday and Wednesday to Saturday from 9:00 to 18:00 and on Sundays from 13:00 to 17:00, and closed on Tuesdays. Their website was last updated in 2021, so it is worth phoning ahead before a visit.

The farm grows the Carolus potato, a variety that copes with blight and other fungal disease better than most.
